The Intuitous Home Energy Controller is the perfect solution for busy families with unpredictable occupancy and for anyone who is tired of programming their schedule into a thermostat.

The HVAC & Lighting Controller receives human presence, temperature and lighting level information from integrated sensors and uses an onboard micro-processor to make intelligent decisions about when to conserve energy. Configuration is managed through DIP switches on the controller board. This ceiling mount device provides a complete solution and can be wired into the control circuit anywhere between the thermostat and the HVAC equipment.

The Intuitous Lighting Controller is the same as the HVAC & Lighting controller (ECSC-OLTC) but without the HVAC control function. This controller can be used as a standalone lighting controller or used with remote occupancy sensors (ECS-O) to cover larger areas.

Intuitous occupancy sensors employ Passive Infra-Red (PIR) technology to detect human presence. The ceiling mount design enables optimal range and accuracy and blends into the room’s decor. Up to 10 remote sensors can be “daisy chained” together and connected to an Intuitous controller to ensure complete coverage in large areas or multi-room zones.

The Intuitous Relay/Transformer is a versatile accessory that provides 24VAC control voltage from a 120 to 240VAC supply as well as a set of SPDT relay contacts that can handle HVAC and lighting loads. The relay is activated by Normally Open (NO) dry contacts.
